The company emerged from stealth in May 2026, announcing a $28 million funding round, which included a seed round and a Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Picture Capital, Cerca Partners, and prominent cybersecurity angel investors. Ocean serves Fortune 500 enterprises and protects hundreds of thousands of mailboxes globally.
